At the end of the class, the students from the special needs school gave us some gauze handkerchiefs which they had made. It was great to see and hear the children’s reactions firsthand.
I thought the Lao script and language would be difficult for the students, but I was surprised to see so many of them trying to use it.
I was very happy that the children showed such interest in Laotian things and words.
