Note
- Certificates can be issued both in Japanese and in English.
- Certificates CANNOT be issued on the same day as the payment needs to be confirmed.
- It may take several weeks in some cases for the certificates to reach you.
- It may take longer in the following cases, so please apply early:
-Certificates in English
-During Summer (Obon) and New Year holidays because the office is closed.
- Those living in a foreign country should apply for certificates through a third party living in Japan. If you cannot find a third party, please contact us.
- If other certificates are required, please contact us directly.
